Signed on 10 September 1817 by William Wilson, Clerk. [Second document] William Wilson, Clerk of the Court of Norfolk Co. certifies that Sally Spellman is a free woman of color, age about 15, 5' and 4" tall, without any apparent marks or scars on his hands or face, and has been duly registered in the Clerk of Court Office according to law. Signed on 8 August 1817 by William Wilson, Clerk. In the left margin of the handwritten Liber the following is written: "Exd [Examined] and Deld [Delivered] to Benjamin Spellman 21 Sept 1822"
