March the 5th 1811 know all men by these presents that I Thomas Job Finley of the County of Guilford for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and thirty three dollars and one third of a dollar to him in hand paid by Thos. [Thomas] Jobe of the County afs. [aforesaid]. The Right whereof I do acknowledge and before the signing and sealing of these I do give grant bargain and sell to the Sd. [said] Thos. [Thomas] Job all my Right and Title of my Negroe man Benjamin and I do further bind myself heirs and assigns to To Warrant and Defend to him the Sd. [said] Thos. [Thomas] Job or his heirs or assigns all the right and title of the above mentioned Negro man Benjamin given under any hand this day and year above.
