Know all men by theses presents that we John W. Bush and Mary Bush his mother being executors of the estate of Abraham Bush deceased of the country of Guilford and State of Carolina do this day give up to Margaret Bush the following Negros one Negro woman by the Name of Cate also one Negro girl by the Name of Dell and their increase for ever to hold free from any person or persons, whatsoever and considering the said Two Negros to be my full part of said estate as witness our hands and seals the 7th day of May 1813.
