This Indenture witnesseth that I William Cusack of the County and State afsd. for and in Consideration of the love and good will and affection which I Bear unto my Daughter Margaret Wiley doth give grant and by these presents hath given granted assign and confirmed a Negroe girl Named Vilet aged 18 years and to the Title of which Negroe girl I warrant and Defend unto the Sd. Margaret Wiley or her Heirs or assigns for ever from all and Every person or persons having a legal Claim unto the Said girl in witness whareof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August one thousand Eight hundred and Sixteen.
