Know all men by these presents that I William Cusack of the County of Guilford and State aforesaid for and in Consideration of the Good will and affection that I bear for my Daughter Thankfull Woodburn Doth give grant and by these presents doth give grant and Confirm Two Negroes A Negro woman Named Hannah aged 18 years of age and her Child named Allina aged 10 months of age unto the Sd. Thankfull Woodburn the Title of which Negros I the Sd. Wm. Cusack for myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators will Warrant and for ever Defend to the Sd. Thankfull Woodburn her Heirs and assigns for ever from all and every other person or persons having a Legal Claim to the Sd. Negroes In witness whareof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 19th day of August 1816.
