Know all men by these presents that I Nathan Pearson of the County of Wain in the Indianna Territory for and in Consideration of the Sum of five cents have this day Released assigned and Made over all my Right Title and Interest in and concerning all the Negroes or Mulattows formerly belonging to Estate of Isaac Lamb deceased and all the Children of Said Negroes or Mulattows and all the Interest I have in them to Robert McCrackon, Joe Worth, Peter Dicks, Dugan Clark, Zeno Worth and David Worth as Trustees and agents Acting in Trust for the Monthly Meeting of Friends Commonly Called Quakers at Conler(?) Meeting house in Guilford County in the State of North Carolina to have and to hold the stated property and Interest therein and their heirs for ever for the benefit and Trust aforesaid and do for myself my heirs and assigns forever Warrant and defend my Title in the stated property against the Claim or Claims of myself or any other person Claiming under or by them me to these presents aforesaid in Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal the 27th day of July in the year 1815.
