Know all men by these presents that I Isaac Brown of the County of Randolph and State of No. Carolina for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two Cents have this day released assigned and made over all my Right and Title in or Concerning all the Negroes or Mulattos, formerly Belonging to the Estate of Esaw Lamb Dec.'d (deceased) all the Children of Said Negroes To Robert McCrackin Job North Peter Dick, Sugar Clark Zeno Worth and David North as Trustees and agents acting in Trust for the Monthly Meeting of Friend Community, Called Quakers at Center meeting house in Guilford County in the State of No. Carolina to have and to hold the said property and Trust therein to them and their heirs forever for the Benefit and Trust aforesaid and I do for myself my heirs and assigns for ever warrant and Defend my Title in the property aforesaid Against the Claim or Claims of myself or any other person Claiming under or by and through me to the persons aforesaid. In Testimony whareof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 11th day of June 1816.
