Know all men by these presents that I David Gorrell of the County of Guilford and State of North Carolina doth give grant bargain and sell and deliver to Hannah and Mary Gorrell daughters of Robert Gorrell one negro girl named Luse supposed to be about eight years of age for the sum of two hundred dollars the right and title of said negro I do warrant and defend from my self my heirs or assigns or any other person. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of October 1810.
