We Jesse Sanders and John Draughan have this day sold and delivered to Thomas Crues one negro man by the man of Nathan sold by virtue of a deed in trust executed from Sally Peeples to Wyatt Peeples and Nathan Peeples for the purpose of serving a debt thereon expressed
We by these do sell and deliver to the said Thomas Crues the right vested in us agreeable to said deed in trust in consideration of the sum of five hundred and fifty one dollars in hand paid by the said Thomas Crues before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge our selves justly satisfied and paid witness our hands and seals this the 7th August 1822.
