Know all men by these presents that I Demsey Jenkins of Guilford County and the State of North Carolina hath bargained sold and delivered and by these presents do bargained and sold unto James Flack of the County and State aforementioned one Negro man named Isaac for the consideration of four hundred dollars which Sd. Negro I do warranted and Defend from all and Every person or persons laying any wright title or lawfull claim. Thereto I do also warrant the Sd. Negro from all Mortgages Installments by wills or any other way to the Sd. James Flack his heirs or assigns for their proper use for court in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of October 1807.
