John Noblett of Burke County, NC sold four enslaved people and an 80 acre property to George H. Hogan of Burke County on March 1, 1843. In this third document John Noblett sells to George Hogan “…one Negro boy known by the name of Reuben about 14 years old…” for $600. No further information about Reuben or his relationships, but he and the other three enslaved could be a sibling group.
