COMMITTED TO THE JAIL Of Duplin county, a negro man, who says that his name is HILLIARD, and that he belongs to John H. Harrison of Halifax county, N. C., and was hired to George Hooper of Brunswick county. Said boy weighs about 160, appears to be about 26 or 28 years old, dark complected, five feet eight inches heigh [sic].
