NOTICE.

NOTICE. TAKEN UP AND COMMITTED TO THE JAIL of this county, on the 12th of July, 1855, two Negro fellows, supposed to be runaways. One says his name is Bob, and belongs to Mary Wyatt Ezzell, of Northampton County. Bob is about 5 feet 8 inches high, weighs about 176 pounds. The other says his name is Dick and belongs to Thomas Burden, of Halifax county. Dick is about 5 feet 9 inches high: weighs about 180 pounds, and were both hired out to Joe Bryant, of Brunswick county, to work in Turpentine. Any person or persons owning, or having under their charge, the two said Negroes, Bob and Dick, are requested to come forward, prove property, pay all legal charges, and take them away, otherwise they will be dealt with as the law directs.
