Bill is of a dark mulatto complexion, thirty-one years of age, about six feet high, and weighs between 170 and 180. No particular marks recollected, except one knee, which is very much crooked in. He is a blacksmith by trade, and quite intelligent, and is a tolerable fiddler. He has left without any apparent cause, but doubtless with the intention of escaping to a free State, and has probably been furnished with a pass or free paper for that purpose. I will give one hundred dollars reward to any one who will apprehend and secure him in any jail out of this county so that I get him again ; or fifty dollars, if caught in this county and delivered to me.
