RUNAWAY from the subscriber, on the 7th inst. (March) a negro woman named Philis, about 20 years of age, middle size, yellowish complexion; she had on a green coat and jacket, and took a drab suit with her, with a good hat and shawl; also a remarkable large pair of shoes intended to have been worn over shoe boots. She carried with her a female child, a year old last Christmas. It is supposed she has gone towards Richmond, having been lately purchased there of Col. Miles Selden.
