RAN AWAY FROM the subscriber on Tuesday night last, a Negro fellow by the name of ABRAHAM: he is rather of a dark complection, large eye-brows, and eyes suck[sic] very deep: is a stout well set fellow, about five feet four inches high, has a scar, I believe, over his left eye, and about twenty five or thirty years of age. It is supposed he has made for Georgia, where his wife was lately carried by Mr. Jothus Hokins of this town. Whoever will deliver the said Negro to the subscriber, or to William Burt, Esq. of Halifax, or secure him in any jail, so that I get him again, shall be liberally rewarded. MARY KNIGHT. Halifax, June 13, 1807
