Her late father left a large estate that included nine slaves.  As administrator of the estate, Samuel Cook hired out the slaves and rented out the land.  The petitioner states that Cook contended that Harvey's estate was in debt, whereupon he sold six slaves.  Noting that Cook himself purchased the said slaves, Harvey asserts that the entire sale \"was fraudulent and illegal.\"  Now that Samuel Cook has died, Sarah E.
