Abstract
John Mercer, guardian to "Henry & Nicholas Darnall Infant legatees & Devisees of Bennett Darnall (decd.)," states that Darnall's executor, John Thomas Shaaff, submitted a final account of the estate to the court on 3 May 1814. The account shows $4,802.01 "remaining due to the said wards." Mercer asks the court to order Shaaff to pay the remaining funds over to him as guardian of the boys.
