Abstract
John Lamb, guardian of minor Tilghman Scyble, claims that "the Interest of his ward would be promoted by a sale of the negro property" he owns. Lamb requests that he be allowed to sell his ward's slaves at either private or public sale. The court granted Lamb's request excepting a slave named Charles from the sale.
