In return for property, Bush loaned the society $350, due to be repaid with interest.  The petitioner claims that the time for the repayment of the mortgage has elapsed and he has received no money from the Society.  Bush asks the court to subpoena the defendants and also to issue a decree allowing the sale of the mortgaged property.  The property was sold on 10 October 1846 to James F.
