Ignatius\nNewton of George Town in the District of Columbia is indebted to Zedechia Kidwell of Fairfax\nCo., Virginia for $550 on a bond of the same date and wants to secure the payment by\ntransferring in trust the following property to Zedechia Kidwell: a Negro woman named Nancy\nage about 22 and her two children Charles and Ben. But if Ignatius Newton does not pay $550,\nplus interest, by 29 January 1820, then Zedechia Kidwell may sell, at public auction to the\nhighest bidder, Nancy and her children, giving ten days notice in some public newspaper\npublished in George Town. Signed on 29 July 1819 by Ignatius Newton."],"compiler_notes":[]}
