November the 26th 1811 Received of AD Lathom Donnell Four hundred and Twenty five dollars in full payment for a negro man named Ben about twenty five years old which negroe man I warrant to be a sound healthy negroe and a slave for life and further I do and will warrant and defend the said negroe man Ben to the said Latham Donnell against all and every person claiming the same witness my hand and seal this day and year above written.
