He carried off with him a blanket, negro cotton coat and jacket, and several other kinds of wearing apparrel, in particular a green coat: I expect he will go on board some boat and endeavour to pass for a freeman. Whoever will apprehend said negro and bring him to me or confine him in any District Gaol shall be entitled to a Reward of Twenty Pounds, and if apprehended in any other State, Thirty Pounds.  S.
