TAKEN UP AND COMMITTED TO the Jail of New Hanover county, on the 16th inst., two negro men, named STEPHEN and BRYANT, who say they belong to Allen Ray, of Cumberland county The owner of said negroes is hereby requested to come forward, prove property, pay charges and take them away, otherwise they will be dealt with as the law directs.
