RUNAWAY from the subscriber, about the 15th February last, a negro girl named EMMA. Said girl was hired from Benj. Jacobs, on 1st of January, 1864. [illegible] has a mother named Harriet Jacobs, who keeps a cook-shop near the W. &amp;amp; W. Railroad depot, and other relations about town, among whom she is no doubt lurking. The above reward will be paid for her confinement in jail so that I can get her. I will also pay an additional reward of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for proof sufficient to convict any person of harboring said girl. GEO. W. MOORE.
