Abstract

Daniel Nail represents that, "previous to the passage of an act to prevent the introduction of Slaves &c into this state," he purchased "a negroe fellow in the state of Georgia." Noting that he is "the owner of said negroes Wife & children," Nail prays that "an Act may pass authorising him to bring said negroe slave into this state."
