McFaddin states that his testator "did bequeath to his aged &amp; faithful servant Amelia not only her freedom but also sundry goods &amp; chattels particularly for her kind &amp; unwearied care &amp; attention to him during a distressing &amp; protracted illness which terminated in his death."
