She laments, however, that "about four Years ago said Jesse, was seized with a melancholy state of mind, &amp; began to neglect managing his affairs"; his condition is such that "she has caused him to be restrained from going thro the neighbourhood."  The petitioner also fears that Jesse's relatives "are Hungry expectants of enjoying a share of his estate not contented to wait their Brothers decease."
