Abstract
In a related petition, Lydia Rowden, suing by her next friend William McPherson, prayed for a divorce from her husband, Isaac Rowden, who is confined in a lunatic asylum. She also prayed for a division of the marriage property, which includes seventeen slaves. She now asks the court that a guardian ad litem be appointed to protect his interests of her husband.
