Abstract

Jessee G. Jones, administrator of the estate of Hugh McArthur, deceased, desires to sell two slaves in order to make an equal distribution among the heirs, George C. and Julia H. McArthur, minors. The "slaves cannot be equitably divided between said Heirs at Law," Jones explains, "without a sale."
