Abstract
William V. Thompson, one of the administrators of the estate of Jane A. Thompson, who died intestate, asks to sell the one-fourth interest Jane Thompson possessed in six slaves: Ned, age about sixty-five, Tabitha age sixty-five, Susana age sixty, Sallie age fourteen, Lewis age forty-five, and Nancy age forty. He asks to divide the proceeds among minor heirs and other legatees.
