Abstract

George C. Phillips, administrator of the estate of Llewellyn P. Blevins, deceased, asks the court to appoint a guardian for the deceased's minor daughter, Matilda L. Blevins. He also requests that a group of commissioners be appointed to divide the deceased's "lands--negroes and other perishable property" between two heirs. The other heir is Polly Ann Lewis, formerly Polly Ann Blevins, the deceased's widow.
