Ephraim Boulden, a man of color, states that Benjamin Meekins, Henry Coalman, and Samuel Hunter, "or one of them," hold him as a slave. Apprehending "that he is entitled to his freedom," Boulden asks that "his pretended Masters, or Master" be summoned and that he "may be further relieved in the premises."
