Abstract
George Cubbage seeks permission to sell his slave, Harry Boyer, who has been accused of stealing and is "very ungovernable in his conduct, evil disposed and malicious." Believing that Boyer is "a dangerous negro to society," Cubbage asks to export "his said negro man to any place out of the State of Delaware."
Result: Granted.
