Abstract
Eburn Bird states that his sister, Susan Bird, is an "idiot," incapable of caring for herself or her property. An inquest report details that Susan Bird owned personal property and an "interest in a negro-man for the period of thirteen years, or thereabout, valued at five hundred dollars." Eburn Bird requests that a trustee be appointed to care for his sister and her property.
