Felkel and other heirs of the late William Turner Jr. are asking for a court-ordered division of the estate.  The plaintiffs claim to be the \"lawful heirs\" of William Turner Jr. who specified in his last will and testament that if he and his brother Mathew, named as executor of the estate, died without lawful issue, Felkel and the others were to inherit the estate.  They state that Mathew Turner died leaving his estate to his widow Christina, who has remarried and who is in possession of the property to which they are entitled.  The plaintiffs have asked for a division of the estate but the executor and widow \"absolutely refuse to pay over or deliver\" their portion of the property or slaves. Now they seek assistance from the court.","subjects":[{"subject":"Hiring value (enslaved)"},{"subject":"Skills (enslaved)"},{"subject":"Assessed Value (enslaved)"},{"subject":"Purchase\/Sale prices (enslaved)"},{"subject":"Heirs dispute"}]}]}
