Abstract
Sarah E. Giger is the widow of Washington W. Giger, who died "seized and posessed of a large real & personal estate." Giger's will provided Sarah with "an anuity of the sum of Three hundred dollars," but Sarah states "that she is not satisfied with the provisions made for her in said will," and therefore asks the court to set aside a dower for her in her husband's estate.
