Abstract
Robert Moreland is the guardian to the orphans of William Ingram. He contends that Thomas Mills is indebted to him for $50, excluding interest. The debt was incurred for the hiring of a slave named Aggy. However, Mills has failed to honor this financial obligation. Moreland asks the court to intervene on his behalf. He sues for $200 in damages.
