The heirs, representatives and distributees of the late James Cunningham, file a supplemental bill to settle a dispute regarding the distribution of Cunningham's estate. They charge that Robert Cunningham, James Cunningham's administrator, fraudulently came into the possession of much of the deceased's estate, including land and valuable slaves. During his lifetime, James Cunningham conveyed the property to Robert, but the petitioners charge that Robert took advantage of James's sickness and "debility" in order to procure the property. They ask that Robert Cunningham give an account of the administration of the estate, that the property he acquired during James Cunningham's lifetime be inventoried as a part of the estate, and that the court decree an equitable distribution of the estate.
