Abstract
Elias Neel charges that James Walea, Milner Holladay, William Holladay, Lark Abney, Dennis Lark, and William Norwood, "being evil and wicked disposed persons and disregarding the Laws and Good order of society," with force and arms entered his plantation "and one of the Negroe houses of your petitioner." They stole his slave, Tom, valued at $800. Neel sues for $1,500 damages.
