Abstract

William Micon alleges that David Collins and Absalom Rhodes are indebted to him for $100, plus interest. The debt was incurred for the hire of a Negro woman, Sarah, from Thompson Ware. Ware endorsed the note over to Micon. However, Collins and Rhodes have not honored this financial obligation. Micon sues for $200 in damages.
