Abstract
Joshua Hudson alleges that James Hudson, as estate administrator for the late James Hudson, owes him $1,200 for work done as an overseer. The work had been contracted with Joshua by the late James Hudson, who never settled the account during his lifetime. Nor was Joshua paid for his work, after James's death, by the first administrator of the estate, Robert M. Hudson. He still remains unpaid for his work. He sues for $2,000 in damages.
