Abstract

Willis Threlkild claims that James O. Clark and Samuel Clark owe $150 to him. According to Threlkild, the two men employed him for six months to run their distillery and agreed to "furnish your petitioner with one able hand." His pay would be $25 per month. However, they dismissed Threlkild out of their service and have not honored their financial obligation. Threlkild sues for $300 in damages.
