Coker.  Powell accuses the defendants of "falsely &amp; fraudulently warranting the said Negro Girl to be sound &amp; of good health."  According to Powell, Sabry “was afflicted with &amp; Subject to divers diseases disorders &amp; maladies &amp; particularly ... to periodic or monthly fits &amp; Convulsions," which have rendered her to be not only "of no use &amp; value to your petitioner," but also a liability because of maintenance and medical expenses amounting to $300.
