Abstract
Thomas Gunn states that his late father, Daniel Gunn, left nine children as heirs to his estate. Two of the sons, Moses and Daniel, were appointed administrators of the estate and as such "took possession of all the real and personal estate of which the said Daniel was seized and possessed" and "rented out the lands and hired out the negroes for a considerable length of time and therefor received large sums of money." Averring that his brothers have refused to give him his inheritance, the petitioner prays that he be decreed his full distributive share of said estate.
