Abstract

The last will and testament of David Bowers bequeathed land and slaves to his daughter, Sarah Newhouse, formerly Sarah Dunbar, in trust to Jesse Kent. Newhouse avers that Kent has recently failed to act as trustee and she believes that he wishes to resign his position. She seeks the appointment of her son, Barney S. Dunbar, as trustee.

Result: Granted.
