Edward Broughton, administrator of the estate of Lewis Lackey, states that the Wests took advantage of Lackey, who was \"ignorant & subject to intoxication\" and persuaded him to sign nine promissory notes amounting to $850.  The Wests have now initiated a suit against Broughton to collect the debt from the estate.  Broughton avers that the notes are fraudulent.
