Abstract
Oliver P. Bealer and his wife, Rebecca L. Bealer, claim that Rebecca placed her property in trust of Francis M. Stone prior to their marriage. This property included four slaves and their increase. They are now petitioning to relieve Stone of his duties as administrator, "in consequence of age and the inconvenience of attending to the active duties" and to name James J. Hines in his place.
Result: Granted.
