James D. and Thomas H. Harrison, heirs of Simmons Harrison, who died intestate, seek the appointment by the court of commissioners to see to the proper division of the slaves belonging to the estate. There are eleven slaves: Hall, Dave, Isham, Washington, Howard, Jane, Caroline, Ann, Frances, Mary, and Harriet.
