Abstract
Leah White, daughter of the late Uriah Jones, states that her father, in his last will and testament, declared that any property, including slaves, not specifically bequeathed to his widow was to be placed in trust for his daughter. Asa Woodward was named in the will as trustee, but declined the position. White asks the court to appoint her husband, William White, as trustee.
